It’s the quintiential setup for running a sucessful local news site. You have to be prepaired to go to the news and immediately bring it to the viewer. Why? That’s what the internet is for.

MOJO also represents the idea that Journalism has to be multiplatform, moving from on air to online to on mobile platforms. If your story doesn’t follow the reader then you are going to lose the reader. If you think your viewers are so loyal that they will just happen to check out your website based on what they see on air, you’re dead wrong. There needs to be a compelling reason for a viewer to logon to your site instead of a news aggregator like Google, or worse your competitors’ sites.
